Goldenseal Root Ground

Goldenseal is used  to kill bacteria and is sometimes used to treat eye infections, diarrhea, urinary tract infections, and canker sores. A substance in goldenseal, called berberine, which is commonly used to ease gastrointestinal tract infections such as dysentery and cholera.
